decent accommodation near the station
helpful staff convenient location great cleaning dated room missing headboard limited socket
the staff was really nice. they helped me with directions and recommendations (it made exploring easier). the location was convenient, near the main train station. the cleaning service did a great job keeping everything tidy.
the room i booked online looked different from what i received. it seemed a bit dated compared to the photos. the bed did not have a headboard, and pillows kept falling off during the night. only one socket was available, so charging devices was a hassle.

helpful staff free coffee clean room
The staff was helpful, they even sent us a whatsapp message with tips about the best places to see. delicious pastries and coffee were free every morning on a lovely terrace. the hotel is close to the metro, so it was easy to get around. our room was super clean, and the bed linens were changed almost daily. I found it very clean.

The staff was polite and helpful. They provided us with complimentary breakfast, very tasty too. the comfortable beds ensured good rest. gummy bears and chips awaited us in the room, a lovely touch.
the noise from trams could still be heard even with the windows shut, it was a little annoying. maybe better double glazing for the windows could help.

the receptionist was helpful. they resolved a couple of issues promptly after i informed them. i appreciated their quick response and dedication to guest satisfaction, it was nice!

the bed was indeed quite large. the complimentary coffee and pastry were a nice touch. i found the staff very helpful as well, especially with directions.
i did find the elevator to be rather slow, a very minor inconvenience.
